Privacy notice

When you call, email, or send the inspection form, we collect the details you give us — your name, contact details, address, and what you are seeing — so we can respond and, if you book, carry out and record the work.

We keep treatment records for as long as we are required to for insurance and food-safety purposes, and contact details for as long as you remain a customer. We do not sell your details or share them except where we are legally required to.

You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing hello@threshline.example.
